AcFixMart (a registered business entity based in Kakinada, AP) explains here how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our platform, you consent to these practices.

📥 Information We Collect

Customers: name, phone, email, service address, AC details, payment references, WhatsApp messages, Firebase notification tokens.
Technicians: name, phone, address, ID proof, bank details, service history, registration fee record.
Automatically: IP address, browser/device type, session data, interaction logs.

🔄 How We Use Your Data

Process and confirm service bookings and product orders
Assign technicians and send notifications (WhatsApp, push, SMS)
Generate GST invoices / Bills of Supply under the CGST Act, 2017
Process payments and maintain financial records for GST compliance
Track technician earnings, commissions, and payouts
Send service reminders, promotions, and platform updates
Comply with government tender and regulatory requirements

🏛️ GST & Legal Retention

As a GST-registered entity (SAC 998719, AP), we retain transaction records — including GSTIN, invoice details, and payment references — for a minimum of 6 years as mandated by GST law. This data is used solely for tax compliance and audit.

🤝 Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only:

Assigned technician: customer name, address & service details
PhonePe / UPI: payment data (processed under their own policies)
Meta WhatsApp Business API: booking messages
Firebase / Google: push notification tokens
Government / legal: where required under Indian law or court order

🔒 Data Security

Session-based auth, role-based access controls, server-side validation, HTTPS on Hostinger. Financial data is not stored locally — processed by PhonePe/UPI.

👤 Your Rights

Access — request a copy of data we hold about you
Correction — update inaccurate info via your dashboard or by contacting us
Deletion — request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
Opt-out — reply STOP to any promotional WhatsApp/SMS
